Ustadz Mohamed Iskandar MYA
Founder and principal mentor of the Quran in Ma’hadur Riyaadhil ‘Alamiyyah.
- Graduate of Kuliyyah Ushuluddin, Section of the Quran and it’s sciences, at the University of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Su’ud Al-Islamiyyah, Ar Riyaadh, Saudi ‘Arabia.
- Obtained a certified ijazah Khatam Al-Quran from two Quran scholars who are proof-readers of The Quran.
Their names are
- Ash-Sheikh Redha ibn Salim ibn ‘Ali ibn Sayyid ibn Ahmad
- Ash-Sheikh Hasan ibn Muhammad ibn Hasan Rajab Hafizhahumallah wanafa’anallhu bi’ulumihima.

Alhamdulillah, Ar-Riyaadh has been established since 1996.
It is an educational center dedicated to the study of the Quran especially to children, adolescents and adults.
The aim of the establishment is to expose the Singapore Muslim community to the importance and priority of the study of the Quran.
OUR VISION
Early childhood education must begin with the basic learning of reading the Quran.
Ustaz Iskandar, with the support of the team in Ar Riyaadh has developed the Taisiirul Akhyaar method. This, along with the associated learning tools, simplify the learning process when it comes to the recitation of the Quran.
It is carried out through the stages of teaching reading skills, so that students are proficient and able to read the Quran well.

Taisiirul Akhyaar is selected due to its special method because
- The source is Quranic Intelligence.
- Examples of reading from the Quran are in accordance with the Arabic language.
- Uses a keyword approach that is easily memorized and understood.
- The 6P holistic system is adopted by the world’s educators for reading.
- Gradual lesson and learning plans.
- Various memorable teaching techniques.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to make this Taisiirul Akhyaar program available to everyone as it has been proven to inculcate the love for the Al-Quran in Muslims.
The selected method will introduce a complete system of learning that achieves the goals of the Quranic education.
It is a learning approach that develops the human mind and technology. This teaching technique inculcates a lifelong passion for reading the Quran with sincerity and patience to Allah’s pleasure.
OUR JOURNEY TOWARDS A WELL INFORMED MUSLIM COMMUNITY
We are honoured to be the chosen among God’s servants to proclaim His great word to all of mankind, whether Jin or man, will eventually build this earth or destroy it.
Therefore, every Muslim, whether children, adolescents, or adults, must be nurtured with strong devotion and trust, that the Quran and its teachings are the only solution for all mankind.
It all begins when we read the Quran because it has to be read, remembered, understood and applied in all its commands for our journey into the hereafter.
Ar-Riyaadh will focus on two important programs related to Quranic education
1. Basic Study Program of Reading the Quran
2. Quranic Skills Training Program (Teacher training Program)
